Excellent design, perfect installation, and beautiful selection of plants. We've been very happy with their work and they will be our first call for future landscaping needs!

My parents bought two trees from Landscapers Paradise and had them install / plant both of them. One of them died. So they came out and replaced it. Well that one died too. We contacted them about getting our money back on the tree and they told us no. Apparently their guarantee is only good once. We even asked if they’d replace the tree once more and they told us no. I would not recommend this place. They do not stand behind their products.

They do not guarantee their trees if they don't install. I bought almost $3k in trees and 3 of them look terrible and not leafing and they will not replace. Now if you have them install them they will. They do have a great selection for products I will give them that.

We purchased over 100 plants from them, we did ask for a planting service, Don't remember reason why we decided to plant on our own, it was too expensive or time frame, any way we are experienced , 25 Cryptomerias that we purchased in Late fall, all died through the winter, asked for some help they denied everything, customer service very unfriendly.
